How it's decorated. It's one of the things I enjoy most about having my own place so seeing how other people view decor is fascinating.

How clean it is, people can have very little or even very old stuff in their place but still be very clean. On the other hand some can have the best of what money can buy but have a dirty home.

Another thing I will notice if they keep pets or not, pets in a home always make it a nice place to be in.

If it's clean.. Not squeaky clean but just free of clutter and stuff.
