Poorly-behaved kids shouldn't be allowed in high-end restaurants. I don't care if your kid screams in Applebee's (I mean, you don't expect a lot from Applebee's in the first place).
If I'm eating at a $100-per-seat restaurant, though, I would prefer it if you would leave your loud children at home. I have no problem with well-behaved children in places like this. It helps to broaden their culinary horizons. However, I would like to eat my filet mignon without background shrieking.
