I love salad too. What do you put in yours and what type of dressing do you use?

This time of year, I crave fresh fruit. I'm lucky to have a Farmers Market not far from my house. This morning I bought strawberries, peaches, pears and two honeydew melons.

It's generally Ham,Cheese,Cucumber,Salmon,Spring Onions,Radishes & Lettuce.
Sometimes a drop of Salad Cream sometimes nothing.

I always enjoy summer food as salads are also high on our list, we tend to vary the selections from tossed salads, pasta salads potato and just fresh greens.
