What do you miss

Members who were online before the age of social media, what do you miss about the way the internet used to be?

I can't think of anything that I miss. I suppose the internet can still be used the way it was used before... but we have more options now.

Before social media, people went about their day without posting about everything they did, and phones were just for talking.

And..... back in the day ..... most of what was online was at least somewhat true.
