What time zone does the Shoutbox operate in?

It looks like it tags posts based on Universal Time / Greenwich Mean Time, but I'm not sure.

@DrLeftover Yes the software is setup on GMT and if your profile is set to your time zone then the times should be correct. I have however changed how it displays the time so see if that is better.

My Time is set to Central (UTC -5). But last night the shout box was posting things from the next day.
