LAPD Arrests Man Walking Bike for DUI

I must admit I found this situation a bit strange so any thoughts on it would be nice.

I'm a little puzzled as to why the video is labelled Walking.
When the bloke filming comes across it the Police already have him on pavement.
So how does he know if he was walking or riding.

I must admit I found this situation a bit strange so any thoughts on it would be nice.
As the DUI laws are written at present in most states, if you are using a motor vehicle (and in CA, like most states, motorcycles count as motor vehicles) and you are over the legal limit, you have committed a DUI, regardless of what you are doing right that instant with the vehicle in question.

@Webster the thing is this is a bicycle and not a motorcycle so this is what I find strange and the fact he was supposedly pushing it at the time.

Ohhhh...same thing applies; the way that most American states' DUI laws go, Dave, you can get busted for a DUI even if on a bicycle...:eek::eek::eek:
