I find this disgusting to target children. What's also disgusting is that Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network ran the ads.

From the article:

"E-cigarette maker Juul Labs Inc bought online advertisements on teen-focused websites for Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network and Seventeen magazine after it launched its product in 2015, according to a lawsuit filed on Wednesday by the Massachusetts attorney general's office."

Whoa!! I'm surprised parents haven't made a fuss but maybe then again they just don't know? I never thought about monitoring for ads when my daughter was younger. I dreaded Christmastime with all the toy commercials because you can't buy it all!

I'm wondering if it was Juul, or their advertising contractor that just buys blocks of time for all their clients wherever they can get it.
